There are a multitude of ways to get your news to the members of St. Matthias and the wider community. Our weekly eNews email, Website, Facebook.

Here are the guidelines for each:

  1. Announcements: Submissions received by 12:00pm Tuesday will publish in the Weekly eNews. We cannot accommodate scheduled submissions in advance. Please limit your notice to 900 words.
  2. Only church sponsored events/notices can be published in the Weekly eNews, Website, and Facebook. 
  3. Website changes/additions can be submitted at any time. Website changes will be made as soon as possible, but there may be up to 10 days between submission and execution, so please provide info as early as possible.
  4. Facebook posts: We have lots of announcements that post to Facebook and they are scheduled in advance. We will integrate your announcement into our existing schedule, typically posting once a week between 6am - 8pm for as many weeks as you've requested the announcement to run. If you have a specific date/time you would like your announcement scheduled, please contact the Communications team.

All submissions are subject to editing, and pictures are encouraged wherever appropriate. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 804-464-1842.
